Think Patients

Think Patients is where it all began. In addition to serving as the administrative backbone to our subsidiary and affiliated companies, out parent company is still focused on helping healthcare and life science companies develop new ideas and services that complement their pharmaceutical and biological brands. In fact, our successful consulting for some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and biological companies has inspired and helped create our other companies.

Almost everything else we do in the Think Patients Companies came about because a client said some variation of, “You help us bring our big ideas to life, and we love the way you do that. But there are other things we need to solve. If you figure out a way to solve this new challenge, we’ll be your first customer.

We think that level of client confidence speaks volumes about our reputation and performance as innovation consultants. Clients trust us to help them build their own solutions, and we do that every day, and when they ask us to build a whole new service, that becomes a company of its own, with their support and blessing. That’s how we went from being a tiny little consultancy to a curated collection of professional service firms. Corvus Solutions

Clients were concerned about the way their products were appearing in EHRs, e-prescribing systems, pharmacy systems, and pretty much everywhere else in the world of Health IT. To our surprise, no one had a great, easy-to-implement way to solve these problems, even though mistakes and missteps in this area can cost a company millions in lost sales (and aggravated prescribers).

So, we built the systems and processes to efficiently and effectively solve these health IT and EHR “appearance” problems (and to prevent them before the product even launches!). Today, some of the industry’s largest pharma companies use us for every new product they bring to market and many smaller brands and companies trust us to support their most important assets.

After a successful career in pharma, Think Patients’ founder led marketing and product development for a company that sold services to pharma brand teams. That company’s biggest customer account was led by an Emmy-award winning filmmaker and legendary pharma marketer. Those two became friends, and eventually founded Health Accelerators as a part of Think Patients.

Today, some of the most successful companies that sell to pharma rely on Health Accelerators to help them grab the attention and engagement of pharmaceutical company buyers and influencers.

Before he was a marketer, our founder was a pharma market researcher. And before she was a consultant, our Chief Operating Officer worked in clinical care, where she lived and learned firsthand what it means to use health IT, and how confusing it can sometimes be. Corvus Insights was formed out of a desire to help healthcare and life science companies better understand the needs and views of healthcare professionals, particularly in their use of health IT and related technologies.

Today, Corvus Insights helps pharma clients better understand the ways they can better engage with HCPs in a digital-first workflow environment. This is the arm of Think Patients that operates EHR Insights, our unique EHR monitoring service that helps companies confirm the presence and appearance of newly launched pharma products in leading EHRs.

For years, we tried hard to NOT offer the services that Crimson Digital Media (CDM) supplies today! Our hope (and expectation) was that the big agencies our customers used for their other marketing efforts would figure out how to “do” EHR and health IT marketing as well as they did websites, ads, social media, and all the other stuff for which our clients rely on them. Sadly, that didn’t happen.

So, when a friend and colleague, one of the pioneers of digital HCO and HCP engagement, came to us with an idea to better design, implement, and measure digital marketing in HCP workflows (i.e., EHRs and related systems), we asked our clients if they also saw this need. Today, CDM helps pharma marketers do a better job at reaching HCO and HCP audiences through the tools those audiences use almost every hour of every day.
